Reputation based pcroof of cooperation: an efficient and scalable consensus algorithm for supply chain applications

Abstract The growing interest in blockchain technology has gained a lot of attention Supply Chain Management (SCM) and sparked the quest for decentralized, scalable, efficient trustworthy consensus schemes. Traditional blockchains rely on computationally expensive mechanisms with low throughput high latency. This paper conducts performance evaluation several existing protocols to illustrate blockchain’s shortcomings terms propose new algorithm: Reputation based proof cooperation (RPoC). RPoC algorithm uses layered architecture segment nodes that participate phase order improve scalability efficiency while maintaining trust among peers. design addresses issues flexibility breaks down extensive mining process into segments. Rather than choosing few mining, proposed involves all network nodes, making it more efficient, decentralized scalable. Through theoretical analysis experimentation, suitability is established efficiency.
